I am pretty quick to disagree with keggin this beer already, but a taste test is the best way to determine if it is ready. Just based on what we did last time I am thinking of giving it more time. We can transfer the beer to a 5g and put it in the fridge at rob's house so that its not in Chris's frdige anymore. When do we want to drink this beer, is therean event we can think of to set the release for? Maybe the first weekend in March? Not sure but don't want to rush this if we don't need to.
